Cookies and other network identifiers 

1. If you use our website, we and, based on your prior consent, also third parties store small identification files, collectively referred to as cookies, on your computer. These files enable us to recognize whether you return to our website from the same computer, remember some of your preferences, and verify whether you belong to a group to which specific advertising should be displayed. 12. We process this information about your behavior on the website on the basis of our legitimate interest, which consists of:  
    a) improvingour services for you, if the purpose of processing is to obtain information based on which we will be able to improve the website in the future; 
    b) measuring the effectiveness of our website and advertising expenditure, if the purpose of processing is to create statistics and reports, in particular monitoring website traffic, individual pages, and advertising effectiveness; 
    c) ensuring the smooth operation of our services for you, if the purpose of processing is testing new features and applications prior to deployment (in particular in order to prevent functional issues of these innovations in live operation);

To the extent that cookies constitute personal data, data protection laws guarantee you various rights in the area of personal data protection. To the extent guaranteed to you by data protection regulations – in particular the GDPR – you may request access to your personal data from us (i.e. information about which specific data we process about you and how we process it), restriction of processing of your data (meaning that the data will not be deleted temporarily, but we will not work with it), and rectification and erasure of your data (always if the statutory conditions are met). You may also object to processing and exercise your right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact details provided above – the simplest way is to send us an email, and we will be happy to assist you in exercising your rights. If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of applicable legal regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority (for the Czech Republic, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection at www.uoou.cz). 

You may revoke or modify your consent to the processing of cookies at any time via the cookie settings available on our website. 

The data we collect are stored and processed exclusively within the territory of the EU or within the territory of states that have committed to complying with EU standards for the processing and security of personal data (USA). Outside the EU, personal data are processed or stored only by processors/recipients certified under the EU–U.S. Privacy Shield framework – namely Google LLC and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
